Welcome to Fresco Performance Wear. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all purchases or custom orders made through it.
By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Custom Orders

All products offered by Fresco Performance Wear are custom-made.
This means:

Design, color, and sizing must be confirmed and approved before payment.
Minor variations in color, stitching, or placement may occur due to production processes.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

3. Design and Sizing Confirmation

After you submit your order or inquiry:

A Fresco representative will contact you to review your design and sizing details.
You will receive digital proofs or mockups for approval.
Only after written or email confirmation of your final design and size(s) will an invoice be issued.

Fresco Performance Wear is not responsible for fit or design issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed offline or via a secure payment link sent through email after design and sizing approval.
Accepted methods: cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer.
Orders will not enter production until full payment has been received and confirmed.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Production and Delivery

Production timelines vary by order type and complexity.
Estimated production time will be provided at the time of design approval.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Shipping or pickup options will be confirmed upon completion.

Fresco Performance Wear is not liable for delays caused by supply chain issues, shipping carriers, or acts beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design proof.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact info@wear-fresco.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and imagery displayed on this website are the property of Fresco Performance Wear and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fresco Performance Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
