At Fresco Performance Wear, every order is custom-made.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, production and shipping timelines can vary. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and refunds for all orders placed through www.wear-fresco.com or directly with our team.
1. Production and Processing

All products are custom designed and manufactured after design and sizing approval.

Orders do not begin production until payment has been received and confirmed.

Typical production time is 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current production volume.

Customers will receive an estimated completion date at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Fresco Performance Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
Local Pickup
If you are located near our New Jersey office, local pickup may be available by appointment.
3. Order Verification and Delivery

Before shipping, each item is inspected for accuracy and quality.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is correct. Fresco Performance Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, design changes, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will address genuine issues related to workmanship or production errors.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

The product does not match the approved design proof.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us at info@wear-fresco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item (if applicable) or sending a replacement.
Refunds are issued only after we verify the issue and approve the request.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for:

Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

Changes requested after production has started

Minor variations in color or placement inherent to handmade or custom processes

Delays caused by carriers or supply chain interruptions
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before design approval or before payment is processed.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
